BYERS HOME TEAM // As Marketing and Listing Manager of a Chicago-based Keller Williams real estate team, I was responsible for the design and execution of a full suite of materials. This included a complete re-brand with new logo and supporting signage, designing internal materials for team use, promotional campaigns, flyers and brochures for featured properties, video production, materials to support our lead agent’s speaking and training engagements, as well as managing and executing a year-round marketing plan to over 2500 clients and associates.
VIDEOS // Our team produced a series of videos for use in online advertising and in client communication emails explaining the different stages of the real estate transaction. I wrote the script, secured filming locations and talent, and directed a crew of filmmakers from LStop Media.
The first video was used in online advertising targeting the Lincoln Square neighborhood on Chicago's north side. The second video was sent to clients beginning the process of selling their home.
